DispatchAi is a customer-controlled business operations service. Many driver, load, document, payroll, and safety records belong to the company tenant that invited the user, so DispatchAi may coordinate requests with that company when needed.

Access or export

Request a copy or summary of account, driver, document, or operational data.

Correct

Ask to correct inaccurate profile, CDL, medical card, contact, or account details.

Delete or return

Request deletion or return support, subject to customer instructions and retention duties.

Limit

Ask DispatchAi to review sensitive personal information use where applicable.

Account deletion requests

Use this account deletion request path to ask DispatchAi to delete the invited app account and associated personal data thatDispatchAi is not legally or contractually required to maintain. Company-controlled dispatch, payroll, billing, safety, and document records may remain subject to customer instructions and retention duties.

Include your name, email, company, role, request type, and safe contact method. Do not send passwords, live access tokens, card numbers, or unredacted documents in the first request.

Do not sell or share

DispatchAi does not sell personal information and is not configured to share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can still submit a Do not sell or share request for review.

Communications preferences

For operational email, push, and SMS messages, include the channel, phone number or email address, and the company tenant in your request. Some dispatch, safety, payroll, or document messages may still be required to provide the service or complete company-controlled work.

Verification

DispatchAi may need to verify identity, tenant membership, company authorization, or agent authority before acting on a request. Drivers should contact their company for operational corrections tied to assigned freight, payroll, compliance, or safety review.
