Dashcam/device safety events, camera obstruction alerts, and clip requests are handled as review items and scoped to the customer tenant.
Platform practices
- Authentication uses session cookies and optional Cloudflare Turnstile login checks.
- Customer records are scoped by company and protected by server-side authorization checks.
- Important actions can create audit records for review and troubleshooting.
- Documents are stored through configured object storage such as AWS S3 when enabled.
- OCR and extraction providers such as AWS Textract are used only to support customer workflows.
- Cloudflare Email Routing and signed intake workers may be used for customer-approved inbound email workflows.
- Access to sensitive data is limited by role, tenant, and operational need within the service provider workflow.
- Public marketing analytics are not enabled today.
