DispatchAi provides a data-processing addendum workflow for customers that need written processing terms before production rollout or hardware/integration pilots.
What the DPA covers
- Customer and DispatchAi roles for tenant data, including service provider or processor handling where applicable.
- Processing instructions for dispatch, documents, payroll review, integrations, OCR, and support.
- Security commitments for access control, tenant isolation, document handling, and audit records.
- Subprocessor notice, including AWS, Cloudflare Turnstile, Cloudflare Email Routing, Google, Smartsheet, mobile push services, and future hardware providers when enabled.
- Assistance with access, correction, deletion, export, return, and incident coordination requests.
Pilot terms
During a pilot, DispatchAi should be configured with synthetic or redacted paperwork unless the customer has approved production data handling. Hardware, dashcam, ELD, and AI safety features should be enabled only under the agreed pilot configuration.
