This policy protects customer tenants, drivers, office users, documents, and downstream financial/report workflows.

Do not

• Access, test, scrape, or attempt to enter another company tenant.
• Upload unlawful, misleading, malicious, or unrelated files.
• Impersonate a driver, office user, customer, broker, carrier, or administrator.
• Use DispatchAi in a way that distracts a driver or pressures unsafe driving.
• Bypass preview gates for payroll, invoice, settlement, report, or customer-send outputs.
• Use sandbox data as customer production data.
• Disable, cover, or tamper with configured hardware, dashcam, or device safety workflows.
• Use automation, OCR, Textract, or AI suggestions without required human review.

Document and data rules

CDL files, medical card files, profile photos, POD/BOL paperwork, fuel receipts, load packets, and camera scans must belong to the correct driver, company, load, or operational record. If a user uploads the wrong document, the company should correct, reject, replace, or request a rescan through the review workflow.

Enforcement

DispatchAi may restrict access, suspend a workflow, preserve audit records, or contact a company owner when use threatens security, tenant isolation, driver safety, or platform integrity.
